My career—and honestly, most of my life—has been about helping others reach their goals. There’s nothing I value more than creating an environment where people can grow, thrive, or just breathe a little easier.

Through compassion, empathy, honest conversation, and a lot of listening, I’ve learned to blend technical skill with emotionally intelligent design to build things that actually matter.
